How do I sign up to EZ Nav? how it works

User accounts can be added by Practice Managers and GPs. Alternatively, you can contact support@eznav.co.uk with the following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Practice Role
  • Practice Name
  • CCG
  • You’ll receive an account activation email once your account is created.
  • I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do? how it works

    You can set a new password by following these steps:

  • Click Forgot Password on the Login page.
  • Enter you email address.
  • An auto generated password reset link will be emailed to you.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
  • How can I change my password? how it works

    To change your password please follow these steps:

  • Hover over your name on the top right corner of the screen (the menu).
  • Select “Profile”.
  • Select “Change Password”.
  • Enter your current and a new password.
  • Can I change my personal information on my account? how it works

    You can edit/update your profile information by accessing the Profile section, though your email address cannot be changed.

    Who should attend the EZ Nav workshops? how it works

    There are two types of workshops.

  • Leaders workshops – these are for GPs and Managers from your practice.
  • Admin workshops – these are for reception/admin staff from your practice..
  • You will receive the date, time and venue for the workshop that you need to attend via email. Please email us on info@atlearning.co.uk if you have not received this.
  • What is my role in EZ Nav? how it works

    You can view your role on the Profile Page. To view your role please click on your user name on the top right corner of the screen.

    I haven't passed my Assessment Test previously, can I retake it? how it works

    You may retake the Assessment Test as many times as you want.

    Where I can view the result of my previous Assessment Tests? how it works

    Your test results can be viewed if you hover over your name (top right menu) and select “My Assessment Test”.

    How can I clear the history of my Assessment Tests? how it works

    Assessment Test History can be cleared by Practice Managers. Practice Managers can clear the history of Assessment Tests by following these steps:

  • Hover over your name (top right menu).
  • Click on ‘Assessment Test’.
  • Select the View History button in the Action Tab of a particular Test.
  • Select Clear History.
  • I have made a mistake in a Baseline exercise and have submitted it, how can I correct this? how it works

    If you have saved the baseline exercise as draft you can make the changes. Once you submit the baseline exercise it can't be accessed for further change. A special request can be sent to customer support to reset the submitted baseline exercise.

    I would like to edit an Audit that I have submitted. How can I do this? how it works

    Audits cannot be changed once they are submitted. You can contact our Customer Support team on support@eznav.co.uk with the details of the Audit to request it to be reset. Once the Audit has been reset, all previous information on that Audit will be cleared.

    How can I download a PDF format of my Audit(s)? how it works

    You can download a PDF once an Audit has been completed. Please follow these steps:

  • Click on the Audit button or hover over your name (top right menu) and select “Weekly Audit”.
  • Select the Month and Year.
  • Select the Audit Week. (should be completed and coloured purple)
  • Click on “Generate PDF” button.

  • What is the role of the EZ Nav GP Lead? how it works

    The role of GP lead in EZ Nav as follows:

  • A senior GP in your practice who will be championing EZ Nav.
  • Good working knowledge of the appointment booking system and access at the practice.
  • An awareness of patient experience within the practice.
  • Completed the online learning modules and passed EZ Nav Assessment Test.
  • Protected time to undertake change process, meet Practice Manager and Reception team for one hour on a weekly basis for audit feedback sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support for Reception team.
  • Ability to train colleagues in the same process to cover leave.
  • What is the role of the Practice Manager? how it works

    The role of Practice Manager in EZ Nav as follows:

  • Oversee EZ Nav implementation – go live and audits.
  • Conduct baseline audit or ensure this is conducted by a more senior member of your reception team.
  • Identify the key reception staff to be trained.
  • Ensure Lead GP and Reception Staff know why they are attending training, date and venue, as well as travel details.
  • Ensure EZ Nav Lead GP is onboard and has protected time available.
  • Attend Leadership Workshop.
  • Administer logins for EZ Nav web tool.
  • Completed the online learning modules and passed EZ Nav Assessment Test.
  • What is the roles of Admin/Reception Team? how it works

    The role of Admin/Reception Team in EZ Nav as follows:

  • Your clerical staff who liaise with patients.
  • Completed baseline exercise (if requested by Practice Manager).
  • Completed the online learning modules and passed EZ Nav Assessment Test.
  • Competent in Data Entry onto Practice IT system.
  • Minimum Level 1 safeguarding training – adult & child.
